Our Place in Space: Learning about the Sun, Earth and Beyond!

Join us for an out-of-this-world adventure as we explore our amazing planet, its connection to the sun, and the wonders of the solar system. Through creative, hands-on fun, kids will discover just how big—and beautiful—our place in space really is!

$5 for members, $7 for nonmembers (per child). Free entry for 1 caretaker.

Budding Naturalist is a monthly program that will ignite children’s curiosity and interest in science and the natural world through observation, exploration, hands-on activities and data collection.

Each hour-long session will include a lesson focused on elements and processes of the natural world and a hands-on activity to reinforce the day’s lesson, consisting of observation/experimentation, data collection and analysis.

Budding Naturalist occurs the second Thursday of each month.
